Because a second player caught it when it bounced off the ground. An incomplete pass is not picked up immediately afterwards. In fact, there's no one close enough to pick it up immediately. That coupled with the fact that it was ripped out of his hands by an opposing team member after he DID catch it means it wasn't incomplete. Because he DID catch it before it touched the ground. Thank you for proving my point that I'm smarter than you think I am.
