BG...only with a select few. ;) For you dear, you can have your pick of the spare cabin boys.

Oh goody! I'll take the one with the big...um...muscles. Gotta love those big muscles.

Hmm, that might disqualify me. :(

You're younger than me, MrWag. There's hope. :D

Psst, MrWag, you inspired me to do something. And I did it til 2 in the morning.

This sounds....almost....incriminating.

Nope, the only heavy breathing going on was from the characters on the page.

I actually wrote, and it actually didn't suck. That's a pleasant change of pace.

She'll think of more. Trust me on this. Would be nice though, if you had all the names at one time.
Actually, I suggested several family and friends of the family and she came up with all sorts of excuses as to why either to not invite them or why they wouldn't/couldn't come.

It's beginning to look like my mom is trying to sabotage things.

my sympathies, phoenix. it's hard enough to pull one of these together when people are being helpful.

phoenix--as the the people that you mom says wouldn't/couldn't come, you might invite them anyway. some of them might surprise you and come. some of them will simply want the invitation, even if they can't come. the expectation of getting the invitation might be there.

when my husband and i got married, we were living in texas; his family was in utah; mine was in virginia. so, we invited a great deal of our family members knowing that most of them would not be able to make the wedding. yes, this meant more of an expense in the number of invitations purchased and mailed. but i also knew that if they didn't get the invitation, i would never hear the end of it, even though i knew they would never come.

it pisses me off when i get beautiful cards and then the worst possible flop to go with 'em. at least i have the good sense to know when my hand is worthless.

Wpmo...

My child. OMG I want to snatch her up sometimes......

We spent two years going round and round with her over getting contacts. She'll be 15 this year so, for her birthday, we decided to do this. She was excited. Ecstatic. Over the moon.

Now she's discovered they're not instant gratification. She has to work to put them in. Work to take them out. Work to clean them. It's work.

Now, she says she doesn't want them. After a WEEK!!!!

grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

I just tried to send some PM's and I got a message that the users could not be identified. The fuck they can't.

Unfortunately, I don't know most of their addresses or phone numbers.

I know that my mom has all that information in her personal phone/address book but, when I asked her for it, she told me that she misplaced it.

If I had that book, I'd invite them.

W&U: WTF happened?! are you all right?

I will be eventually. The tendonitis that I supposedly had in January may not have been tendoitis at all. Turns out that I may have torn a ligament in my wrist when that all had happened. Some tests are still pending for final word of what happened and what's going to be done to fix it.

WPMO today.... the special MRI (dyes injected into my hand/wrist for it) that was done on me today was extremely painful and my hand/wrist actually feel like I had full range of movement compared to now (still hurts a lot now).

ow!

[fetches mass quantities of ice for W&U]

jeez, please keep us posted! er...insofar as that doesn't entail aggravating your injury, that is!

not really aggravating the injury at all to type... I cant use my right hand for that at all, let alone anything else.Instead I've got to be careful not to do too much with the left hand that it causes problems with that hand as well.
