It's probably a bit much to say that this pisses me off, but it's starting to annoy me.
If we're not too busy, my best friend and I meet for lunch/dinner once a week. Lately, on the day that we're supposed to meet, she's been both emailing and calling to confirm that we're getting together. I could understand why she'd do this if I'd been a no-show in the past or if I were chronically late, but that's not the case.
I think I need to remind her that I'm not dearly departed book group member Ms CL.
