These could be a pre-Friday tease, or me showing more vulnerability. I’ve been intentionally hiding my left hand since my injury, which was exactly a week ago today. So my thumb is now visible in all it’s bandaged glory. I’m not showing the injury itself because it’s not pleasant to look at.

Okay first things first. Ouch. That’s a fairly large bandage there drac. No wonder you keep waking up in pain. I want to just wait on you hand and foot so you don’t bump that and hurt it more.

The general consensus on the new Bill and Ted has been positive, but one of my work buddies wasn’t impressed. As soon as I watch it, I’ll give my spoiler free thoughts. All I know for a fact is, one of the new characters is the daughter of Rufus, so the passing of George Carlin is acknowledged.

As a side thought, imagine what Carlin would have to say about 2020.

It was a stupid accident. And believe me, I feel pretty stupid even ten days after. Unfortunately, pain has been a problem. Not jut the injury, but where I was injected with the nerve blockers. I’m dealing with it, though.

Always good to see you, Tali! Bill and Ted’s Excellent Adventure came out in 1989 and was Keanu Reaves’ first big movie. Two high school slackers, whose music is destined to unite the world, have to travel through time in a phone booth so they can ace their history report and not flunk out of high school. It was followed in 1991 by Bill and Ted’s Bogus Journey, and now Face the Music.

They’re fun comedies, and the first two had the added bonus of George Carlin.
