If a law says don't do something and then you do that something, you committed a crime. It's not difficult. If the cops or the government get involved then you are officially convicted of a crime.....but that is irrelevant to whether you did.

I have a few lawyer peeps I follow on the socials who are continuing to curtail prosecutorial powers. They have revealed a lot of stuff that goes on behind the scenes that we typically don't see in the public sphere. Some of it good...some of it bad.

Lots of reform needed that isn't being done because the public doesn't see things.

The thing I do love about good lawyers is that they always bring the receipts
