Yeah... a threat, no matter how extreme or whatever it might be, loses weight if there's no possibility of having it backed up and carried through.

Yeah, it's not something I would ever request of pre-negotiate and knowing the threat was never going to be carried out would take the edge off. I was thinking more that if it got sprung on me unexpectedly, just to mindfuck me, well that could be very hot. I think too many assume the subject is limited to 1 or 2 acts, usually of the more extreme end, when the reality is there are a huge range of situations and acts anticipated and / or experienced from mild to extreme.
