I made the spreader bars, pictured are the longest 36" and the shortest 12", i also have 30", 24" & 18"

i love the twisted flogger in the 2nd picture it has a wonderful deep thud that is like a message (does wonders for a sore back)

yes, i made them out of dowel and i used a craft paint i found on clerance (gotta love the clerance rack)

i also made an elbow spreader which is kind of hard to explain, but i'll try - it is a 24" dowel with an eye on each end (like the spreader bars) than 3½" from the end there is another eye
so it kinda looks like this

0==o======o==0

it goes behind your back and through you bent elbows, your elbows go at either end between the 2 eyes and then straped in with (i use double sided velcro) a strap that goes from end eye to the middle eye

Does that make sense?

3 rounded rubber strands on a handle...very very stingy implement, and leaves the darn CUTEST little looped marks on flesh. I like to be warmed up with this all over my body before I go into a heavier scene, it brings me right into a blissed state and warms up my skin a bit. Can be anywhere from a light sting to a very sharp sting, depending on how hard the whisk is, and can be used anywhere on the body. (don't let me fool you, it really does hurt, but I'm such a masochist that I love it)

You can make a homemade Loopy with screen spline from the hardware store.

A note on the rubber floggers...I have a set of rubber angelhair floggers and they really don't hurt at all (at least in my limited experience with them so far), but they are very nice for sensation play...having them dragged over my body. Mine glow in the dark which is exceptionally erotic to be bound in a darkened room, watching the floggers be dragged all over me. They do hurt a lot more on wet flesh though.

Himself and I like to make as may of our toys as possible. I have not yet made any rubber floggers, but I have discovered that I have a talent for making floggers and really like doing it.
