We have a hill. On that hill are 5 houses. The lowest house is valued at $50,000. The house above that is valued at $60,000. The house above that...$70,000. The house above that $80,000. None of these houses have a view. But the fifth house on top of the hill has a bitching amazing view. It is valued at 2 million. What is the average value of the houses on the hill? Is that value representative of all houses?
