Talking about hoarding stuff. I was picking up machine screw hardware all the time. I'd use what I needed and set the leftovers aside. And it'd get scattered to the four winds so off to the store I'd go to buy more of what I already had set aside somewhere. Then I got the smarts and started tossing all that leftover hardware in a big ole jar. So when I needed something I just sifted through the jar.

Well, eventually the jar has gotten so full that unless I get lucky it takes forever to sift through and find what I need that I'm now going back to the store.

but yet, while I can always find the class (like Plato), I almost never find
the concrete image that I need to fit everything together, so,
I must go upon a pilgrimage to the class imaginarium store...
