I was thinking about those 3 Maryland counties that are wishing to become Mountaineers. I think they should be given a WV test which requires that 90% of their population pass with a score of 85% or above. This might deter Johnny from becoming militant, should they succeed, especially if he is in charge of formulating the test.

If you were playing golf at JBER on the Hill Course, the distinctive sound of the M2 from this range is the background noise. I've shot on the range and so has my father, back when the range was a bit more spartan.

Happy Monday!!! Slept all right except for being awake a tad earlier than I might. Seems I've brought the farm schedule back here and moved it ahead an hour. Without pasture poodles.


I have to go back to check on the crazy woman and her progress with getting her place ready to paint. Problem is with a lot of these people, they're hoarders. Too much crap in the way. Sometimes, they have too many people in the place to go with it. So it makes the concept of Occupied Rehab quite entertaining. Hey, if just anybody could do this, what would Wat do??

It was a real punch in the gut. It's been a while since we had a team that bad.

At first I thought, well, it's a brand-new O-line and they'll work it out.
But now it's clear that it's more than that. The defense cannot get off the field,
they defend the pass with interference and that's when they actually cover their man.

They cannot hang on to the ball and Patrick keeps throwing to the wrong team,
not to mention that teams have figured out, if you take away the long ball,
they got nothing. *spit* But, I'm still a diehard, but disappointed, fan.

At least they beat the Redskins.

I got my assessment letter from the city. They claim it's worth 9.57% more today than last year.


Well, they tipped their hand and told me they're charging taxes on it like it is.

it's their cute little way of raising your taxes without a vote
just by claiming your house appreciates in value (but everything else depreciates).

The other that is is a permanent lien on your property.
You can get clear of the bank, but you'll never be rid of your government landlord.
