Happy Wednesday!!! Happy Hemi Day, too!!! Slept okay. Cats are fed and quiet. The girlcat tried to wake me again last night. I think that her idea is to crawl under the covers. That, of course, dawned on me after I had shooed her and rolled over and the alarm went off. Maybe later.


My retirement stuff came in the mail yesterday. That's kind of funny, actually. No matter, it'll get gone through and the decisions made.


It's cool this week. A touch warmer today than yesterday. Rain comes Friday.

Happy Thursday!!! Woke up a few times during the night. Go figure. The cats left me alone, at least.


Still trying to make up my mind on a pole saw. We already know that we want one that runs on dinosaurs and not batt'rehs. The one is decent, but the better one is 'spensive.


The front porch cat is eating a lot. Maybe he never figured out the whole hunting thing. He looks to be young, so he may still be growing, too. And I'll have to catch him to get him fixed.

After a lunchtime discussion, I thought I would water the plants in the office, an elf caught me and stopped me, it seems they like them alive and I have been dubbed the grim reaper of green things.

Home. The coyote rifle came in, so I went to pick it up, after having knocked off work a bit eary. Then again, there wasn't much to do there. Did get my look-ahead schedule template wall hanger gizmo made. And guess what? Not a single motherfucker on the planet second-guessed a single decision made nor action taken. Tooken.


There may be some goodies to sell off starting next week. Wouldn't that be a damned shame?

Happy rainy-ass Friday!!! Yeah, it's a-comin' down. Rainy on Sunday, too. Oh well. Gun show this weekend. It might need to be attended. Like as not will also be tookening Mrs. Tyler to breakfast tomorrow. And there is a list of shit to do around this house to keep it from falling in on itself.

I didn't get my grass cut yesterday and there's nothing but rain in the forecast between now and my trip to Flo Rye Duh. Which means it won't get cut for the next three weeks. I need a goat.

The cat was diagnosed with Diaahh Beet Us the other day, so I spent $120 on insulin. For a cat. I thought the Biden lowered the cost of insulin??? She doesn't seem to mind the daily shot as much as I am annoyed by giving it.

Happy Saturday!!! Didn't sleep enough because I went to bed late and woke up within the half hour of what passes for Regular Time these days. S'okay. Stuff happens. And it could always come to be naptime later today.


The kitten is fascinated by the neighborhood cat that spends time on her front porch - not that she's ever set foot on it. So I entertain the inside cats by inviting the outside cats (with food) to come to visit. One of them was sitting in the rocker yesterday afternoon, quite pleased with himself and the attention from the girls. Rather amusing to say the least.


It's cooler this weekend. Dry today and rain tomorrow. Then cooler next week. May comes on Monday, so it must be Glowball Warming to blame.

Breakfast with Mrs. Tyler went rather well. Her phone was fucking up, so we rebooted it and got it back where it's sposabe. She seemed pleased.


Off to get some shit done outside because sunshine.

No sunshine but the rain has taken a break for a bit so I scooped and collected what the pupper and winds had left in the yard. Coffee was had. There is still a crapload to do but it's getting done one item at a time.

My second borns birthday is tomorrow, he'll be 32 and it's making him grumpy, I told him to wait until he's my age.
Anyway, I have errands to run in the morning followed by housework, the minions tooken their time today and made me grumpy so now they are going to be houseworking when they coulda been having fun.

Happy Sunday!!! The t-storms blew in before 5 and woke up the house with light and sound. So I gave up and got up. It wasn't like it wasn't close to time to get up anyway. There's a shopping run what needs done, so we'll get after that shortly.


Today is a Significant Date in the Tyler house. Of course, the cats are treating like any other day, which is to be expected.
