I have a storage area with pieces I like and I change up the pictures and small accessories when I want to update the look around here.

Not only did he not jump up and run, but he made me wait until his majesty deigned to move from his throne.

It poured this afternoon, lots of rain and some pea sized hail to boot. Flash flood warnings for those that live around the arroyo's. It did cool things down though.

Home/motel. Housekeeping has been a touch slack, so I went and saw the front desk for some more towels. Sarge hooked me up. He's good.


The saga of the drain leaks under the buildings continues. So I called the PM - Junior. We have to do something, and we cunt get our insulators to work in underhouse leaky drain slop. I told property manglement. He (PM) called the architect. The architect called the PM back and axed if'n our plumbers could fix it. PM said "no." This pulls the scab off the squabble over money for redoing the parking lots week before last, so there's a bit of petty to play out here. This afternoon, at PM's direction, I called the insulator's and caught them up and put them off until the last dying minute.


Which, I predict, I will call and cancel later this week. Because they won't get a plumber out there quickly, and they won't get done quickly. So our inspection will be delayed, but Wat will likely get some time to home this weekend.


But can never leave Hotel Jobnifornika.
