The new rehabs and builds have cable jacks and USB charging ports as standard equipment. Phone jacks have gone by the wayside.


I remember doing "custom" houses with a phone jack in the master bath so that the new owners could go all LBJ on their conversations.

I like advertisements from old magazines as wall art. The drawing is magnificent.

One reason I have always preferred books to Kindle and a set of building plans to the set on the iPad. I prefer a set of hand drawn plans to machine drawn. It's the proper experience in bonding with the creator's efforts to learn what they truly meant.
