Only the bottom, right quadrant is a sad ruler.
The others are examples of broken rules. To clarify, a measurement device is called 'a rule' by definition. The noun form ending in "r" is not a measurement device. It is a leader by definition.
It's a common error to refer to a measurement device as a 'ruler', though it is not.
A bit of ingenuity and Gorilla Glue could fix three of these–nothing will fix the red-tie ruler's look of apoplectic rage.
