You're very welcome, Yeishia. I am very fond o you both, and am very pleased that the two of you have formed such a beautiful bond with one another. It couldn't have happened to two more deserving people.:heart:
 
I've been kicking around an idea for a lounge thread based on a combo of the Song of the day thread and the Outlook based on a danceclub theme. A place to flirt and do quick dancing related playscenes that could lead to more private interludes elsewhere. Hopefully it'll be a fun place for both noobs and the more experienced posters to mingle and play.

I just need to figure out a few details like a name, a theme, and some rules for folks to follow.
 
Excellent idea Veroe although not a place for me *smiles softly* I am very sure it would garner lots of interest.

What I should have said Veroe is that scenes such as those require a knowledge of a specific dance and co-ordination of said steps, which of course I have, but honestly I do not have the time.

I have really wanted to participate in the Abode or the Burlesque Lounges but honestly they would take precious time away from my threads. I am slow responding as is, imagine....

That is also why I have allowed my fluff threads to languish recently.

I also prioritize my time; Rider and ours being number 1 on my list , Threads second and then whatever I have left goes to the lounges.

A while ago I was informed by one writer that making co-writers wait while spending excessive time in the lounges was just plain rude, as was taking on new threads when you cannot keep up with the ones you already have.:eek:

I personally do that sometimes simply to awaken my muse on the occasions when I am blocked in an actual ongoing thread *blushes*

Oh well :)

I digress :rose:

Tell you what next time you feel your muse getting a little sleepy instead of jumping into a thread you can't afford to keep come to me or Rider or Shy or Thyri...I'm sure one of us can give her a wake up call.;)

Which thread did I jump into recently?

I guess you misunderstood what I was trying to say sorry. Someone vented to me about several writers here who do that consistently it was not aimed at me though I did take it to heart and so I try not to do that, hence even though I thought the abode or the burlesque threads would kick start my muse perhaps, I firmly stayed away.

I am not one of them. If I am blocked I am blocked.

I am considering a new thread with Shy and Rider but we shall not begin until I have a firm handle on the threads I already have in play....which indeed I have finally :)

Yes I almost took on your fang thread but that was because Rider really wanted to write it opposite me, it worked out well though and now I am all caught up!

Rider always helps me when my muse is sleepy he feed my creativity and is a constant source of inspiration, as is Shy.

Real life is also a consideration , as you know exhausted after a ten hour work day is not conducive to productive writing. I have been neglecting my exercise of late and my energy is way down :(

I have never thought to come to you or Thyri simply because you both are so socially active I have not wanted to intrude on your private time.

I do thank you for the offer it means the world to me. *hugs you gently* I shall be bugging you when I am stumped from now on. :rose::heart:

Anyway yepp, I misunderstood. As you more than anyone here knows it happens to me alot.

I've always wanted to start a roleplay where I'm the manager/coach of an internationally recognised football team and I start an affair with one of the female members of staff (Like a PR agent or physio) Sneaking around in that environment, just seems kind of fun and different, in fact to different to ever have realistic hopes of having that thread.
 
Umm Jimmy this is my idea thread, not yours...

...but hey I guess I'm game if you don't mind me picking at it.

Looking at your idea I think most people here would do a male coach of female football players. Having the other part in the thread be another member of the staff would certainly be unusual if not completely original. Would the players be NPC's or would you and your partner try to avoid using them as much as you could.
