I have six hot loaves of caraway rye but my gardener asked me to put cinnamon in them. Not sure how they will taste but they smell divine!

I love rye but I've never heard me cinnamon on rye bread before. Nothing like the smell of freshly baked bread! Maybe there are things as good as it but I'm lacking in that department. Just like this area lacks snowplows.

We'll see. He tends to eat odd things. Such as putting Swiss cheese, boiled eggs, cottage cheese, guacamole and chia seeds on nearly everything.

Well it looks like round 3 (or is it 4) of snow has started here in Lynnwood! Beginning to think I live in Alaska and just don't know I moved, haha.

There is NO end in sight! I don't remember it ever being this bad except possibly that one year that we had the back to back snow storms with a one day break in the middle. I don't think it got that cold at night though. That's the thing. It warms up just enough to melt some of it and then we have solid ice. I am going to run out of cat food and litter. I placed that order last week. Everything now is either delayed or lost.
I'm sure we're all going stir crazy. I know I am!

Saw a large bright flash off in the distance just a bit ago which I assume was a transformer blowing. Still have my power though.

Good. I was worried because my friend in Shoreline didn't answer the phone. She had been out shoveling because for some odd reason, her furnace is under the house and if it floods down there, she has a big problem!

Driving
I've gotten about 18" over the weekend, and I haven't left home since Friday. I spent most of today shoveling out the drive and have nearly wrecked my shoulder.
I'm dreading heading out tomorrow.
The highway seems mostly clear, but the county road getting there hasn't even been touched. Finally did get rid of the tree blocking it though.
Hopefully the snow turns to rain sooner rather than later.
I do love the snow, and it brings back memories of living in MN. But I left there for a reason!

Too much ice out my way. Drs. offices are closed. Daughter works for a dentist and they're closed tomorrow.
