2. We don't yet know whether the victim had his permit and ID on his body at the time of the incident. Failure to have these upon request is a petty misdemeanor in the state of Minnesota, dismissible if presented after the fact. In any case, it's obvious from the videos that he wasn't requested for this documentation. So fuck off.

3. There was no reasonable perception of threat. Alex Pretti was murdered.

Brandishing doesn't require that the fool take his gun out and wave it around.

Then there's the problem that Pretti went to Minneapolis with intent to be disobedient while armed with a weapon. That's called "intent to affray" and rendered his weapons permit invalid as well as placing him on the wrong side of the law for his conduct while terrorizing others.

The Sheriff has asked Walz to activate the NG to buttress ICE and defend Federal buildings. If ICE were pretend cops they wouldn't get the benefit of real cops calling for the NG to quell the riots and protect property/lives.

Something those who continue to spew the "they're not real cops" narrative should think about.

Nothing. Why do you keep bringing up the 2nd Amendment Rights Pretti gave up? Others keep saying he had a Concealed Carry Permit. That means he knew better than to show up at a protest with a loaded gun and second loaded magazine. He knew his actions clearly represented intent. Not covered by the permit which access to the permit requires you demonstrate you understand the difference between carry and intent. The 2nd amendment does not support him either.

Rittenhouse was a minor. He couldn’t legally carry a long gun in Illinois for self defense, only for approved purposes like target shooting or hunting.
