While playing with my sub up at our mountain house last summer, I took her out during a rain storm and tied her to a branch from a tree and flogged her. The leather hitting a wet ass or breast stings and thuds much harder than when they are dry. The house is in the middle of no where so there was no danger in her screaming her brains out. I found it to be a powerful experience especially after I was done and sitting on the porch watching her writhe in the rain.

I know this is not the same as having a sub on her knees on a rough concrete floor with water coming down from above and a penis gag in her mouth, but those places are hard to come by.
