There are different sizes in everything else we wear. Cutting smaller, when you even can cut pasties, will look janky as shit. Lol

Possibly but as you can get a stack of disposable pasties rather cheap it couldn't hurt to try. Also, they're meant to cover your areola as well as your nipple so sizing plays in there too.

My only advice is if you decide to buy reusable ones watch out for the puffier silicone. I have a pair of those and while they cover my nipple just fine they are rather obvious under my clothes if I happen to not be wearing a bra. As that was the whole point of me buying them... yeah.
