It might work. I considered frying a burger from Costco, which is already cooked, but made a grilled cheese instead.

We have a dry thunderstorm warning too, we have had more thunder this year than I remember growing up. Best to be safe and cook inside.

Last five years or so we had pretty dry and hot springs which is quite a change from endless rain and wind. I am enjoying it, as I don't mind the heat.

Weekend was a bit different but good. Managed not to eat dinner on Saturday and Sunday turned to chicken and rice.

Can't believe it's Monday, well my brain has a difficult time accepting it at least.
