I prefer the Bissell Crosswave - but I refuse to use the solution they sell. I will ONLY clean my floors with Norwex UPP, so I mix that with warm water.

The irritating part is they are new, never posted, etc...it's a little disconcerting. It's different than interacting in threads together, maybe a message or two, then a follow.
