What Are You Thinking? Continued 14

How early is too early to start drinking? Can I have an espresso martini? Then it's still a morning beverage, right? Or like some almond milk bailey's added to my coffee is fine, right? AFAF it's me, I'm the friend. Let's not lie.
If I had some whiskey around, I might be tempted to make an Irish coffee. Hot in the mug makes it a breakfast drink.

I was thinking about the time in the early 2000s when a young man and I were engaged in an act of sexual intercourse. We were in pounding mode, nearing the final lap, actually, when suddenly a fire alarm in the dorm started shrieking. For a short moment, we wondered if we should just keep going, but soon enough we realized that the rhythm had been shattered and that we had to join the evacuation. I slapped on some panties and a bathrobe, but he was oddly quick and managed to get shorts and t-shirt and sneakers on. The firemen took forever to check things out and get the alarm turned off, and in the meantime, the young man and I got separated into different groups of friends. At some point, he just nodded goodbye to me and went back to his room in a different building, and I waited until I could return to my room. I only mention this because, he and I never had anything close to an intimate moment again. Yes, on paper at least, we had sex, but does it need an asterisk next to it because neither of us 'finished'?

I’ve had a couple of Coitus interruptus situations. Looking back I do count them.
