Me: it was denied for timely filing.
Boss: but we were only a day late.
Me: we had til 8/28/2024 and we didn’t submit the claim until 8/29/2024 and it wasn’t received until 8/30/2024.
Boss: call them tomorrow and tell them we’re a military treatment center and we should get a grace period.
Me: we did get a grace period…one year.

So I’m gonna call Aetna tomorrow and play dumb.
