For a local coffee house to open up

I am seriously envious of those who live n an area of the world that has a coffee house within a 5/10 minute walk.

A franchise such as Starbucks would be acceptable but ideally a local independent coffee house.

One where when I am working at home go and have a coffee and a chat.

One where I can get a bite to eat...

One where I can relax in a leather chair and end up talking to some one.

Form a rapport with other locals.
