patient...darn straight, I'm VERY patient...so I don't think they have too many misconceptions. I hold nothing back from those I love.

Those who don't see me as
~manipulative. Believe me, if I had all the power it is supposed I did, I'd be rich, and living large.

~weak. Walk a mile in my moccasin's and you'll see why that could never be true

~vindictive. That one is almost laughable.

The thing about how other's view you...it's skewed. It depends on their interaction and expectations of you.

I used to worry about misconceptions. I've learned, at the end of the day, those that matter, will know...and those that really don't, wouldn't believe it anyway

My closest friends and family are the ones that know me best, so they don't have any misconceptions about me, as I am my most comfortable/vulnerable/truthful around them.

People who don't know me as well? I've been called aloof and intimidating, particularly by men I've worked with (although that's generally a reflection of how they feel, not about how I feel about myself). I think that sometimes, people project certain traits on me because of how I look (resting bitch face) + my slightly reserved nature when meeting someone for the first time.

I've been told I'm an introvert with a loud personality; I don't think some people know how to handle a person that is both introverted, yet opinionated. I'm not shy (which is a big misconception about introverts), but I typically reserve my thoughts/opinions until I've observed someone or something for a bit.
