The guy driving had his toupee fly off and go under the wheels of the red Ford pickup beside us.

Well, it's not really better work life balance. That doesn't exist here. But it is nice that he made the effort to take one day despite being nervous about what will happen while he can't be reached. It made me happy.

G doesn'ttirn his phone off but his current employers don't contact him unless they actually need to. Stuff that can wait till Monday does. This is pretty amazing and helps his mindset

Previous job, I went away for a weekend and came back on Sunday night to find a message on my answering machine from $BOSS asking me to do something on Saturday.

Current work, I feel like I can actually trust my bosses with my mobile number and know they'll respect my work hours.
