Something a little unpleasant happened and I dealt with it in a responsible way that I know would not upset my loves and made me feel I was doing the right thing, so I feel happy and very good about it. I was also touched that two people I love stopped to see I was ok, and wanted to help me. And I was ok with this. Massive personal progress
Is a hug (at a distance) helpful? I could use one....
