I googled Finnish traditions and NOTHING about nipples popped up. Saunas did, however. Christmas saunas.

It's a rather new tradition, as in 1.5 hours old, so it might be a little difficult to find information about it.

The lady who yelled at me at the Gas Station who was parked half way in and out at the pump and didn't have her turn signal on indicating she was pulling out. I pulled up to the furthest vacant pump on her left and she proceeded to tell me I wasn't very nice.Mind you I came in off the street. I had to laugh. She backed up and she was backing up the person in front pulled away and she told me.
