She's still leaping around the place so I assume she's not in too much pain. The cone gets in the way when she's eating, so I've been hand-feeding her a bit, but that's really more about my guilt than actual need

I adopted an 8yo male cat 6 weeks ago. He was a woman's cat...I don't think her husband physically abused Rascal, but he was ignored, rejected. Today, he came to my lap to be loved on. Still smiling.

I can't even capture the cutest bits on camera. She makes little chirpy noises like R2D2 and she snuggles on me and PURRS in the morning, usually just when I need to get up for work. Such a little sweetheart.
