What made you smile or laugh today? Part III

I'm salivating and smiling and now have to run to Lou Malnatti's (although some people don't agree it's one the best Chicago deep dish pizzas ever, it's my favorite).

At the moment, Lou's has the closest restaurant to us of all the big Chicago pizza makers. A new Gino's East has opened up about 10 miles away, though. My ranking has Pizzeria Uno at the top, followed by Gino's East, and then Malnati's. Still, on a bad night Malnati turns out a better pizza than 95% of all pizza joints in the country. There, my favorite is The Lou.

I will happily tuck into any of them, as long as it's night time so I can pass out into a food coma immediately after. I'm also a big fan of Pequod's on Clybourn. It's right across the street from a nice Barnes & Noble. Go look at the books and then enjoy a great pizza. That's a pretty fucking great day right there.

Freaking adorable blep. Also, make sure that the 5gb file wasn't um... pagefile.sys or hiberfil.sys I think is what they're called? I needed to make space on my hard drive a while back and deleted those both. Apparently, hiberfil is fine to delete if you don't put your computer into hibernation but if you remove pagefile then your computer can get all retarded.

No, it was a leftover temp file from an OS update.

I'm really starting to get the hang of Korean now. Such an interesting language!

I'm really starting to get the hang of Korean now. Such an interesting language!

Daughter is a FANATICAL Korean pop fan, so she has bought books to help her speak and understand the language. She got extra credit in her music exam because she sang a Korean song :D

Omg! Amazing! I have spent some time around Koreans when you get and I did not pick any up. :(. Only a few rude words 😳
Sometimes the rude words are all that's needed. :D

I'm barely able to string together a sentence, but I'm starting to really get the logic of the language and I'm able to pick up some things from written texts.

Ha, nice that her interest paid off like that. :D

I think Korean has become the new Japanese for many teens. I'm not at all interested in K-pop or K-drama, but the language really is pretty cool.

Still motivated and maybe a bit hyper. Also, found a great hotel deal for our trip coming up and super excited to be in the middle of it all. :D

Lots of things.

Warm places, speedy travel, good work conversations, a home cooked meal, fun teasing and cuddles. :)

Volunteering at the local museum and hearing them say that the thing they need help with the most is giving tours.

I can totally do that! :nana:

Snow day again tomorrow!
My dog in the snow.
Talking on the phone.

I also got a gift from on of my best friends on Lit! She sent me a wine glass, cute candies (including PEZ!) and a picture she colored. I have it hanging on my fridge!
Love my girls.
