I watched a bunch of the "America first, [country name] second" videos today. Some of them were pretty darn funny, too.

I've seen some too, and they are great!.
I love the Dutch one.. it's so sarcastic and dry.

The Dutch one is good, but I was a bit disappointed and surprised they didn't play with orange.

Iceland was pretty good too, and Finland and New Zealand. And Norway, ah. "America First, Sweden last".

Hopefully resuming contact with a friend not heard from in many years!

And 'Friend' is a big thing for me. Most people around me in the real world are either 'People I'm aware of', 'Acquaintances' or 'They'.
I think I have maybe 2-4 actual 'friends', including the guy in question.

Friend's brain tumour was caught early (no symptoms, he was having an X-ray for unrelated reasons) and turned out to be one of the uncommon kinds that should be fully treatable with surgery. PHEW.

My parents taking me out for a lunch and visiting a museum with them afterwards.

Literally getting an applause on a tram for helping an older person use the new travel card reader. Such a bizarre situation. Both highly embarrassing for me and kinda sweet, so I'm just trying to be positive about it.

J coming home with a big box of yummy, ripe(!) cherry tomatoes.

My friend understanding the dress situation and having the same reactions to the pictures I've shown her. She also joked I should save the dress for her wedding because she's never seen me react this way. Also, I misread seela's post and thought somebody gave her applesauce as a reward.
