Heavy lidded, and thinking of today’s tasks.....

Then going for a run, and a swim, removes the sleep from the eyes and lethargy from the body.

Sitting outside with a thick robe and a hot cup of coffee. The breeze off of the water is laden with the tang of salt and the burgeoning light of day is spectacular.

Life is wonderful. Whatever challenges it brings...let’s do this.
