Very intriguing, I've done a fireman's lift...not from a burning building I may add.Realizing that a Farmer's Carry is a good addition to my workout. My arms look sleeker and not only is it good for the biceps but good for the forearms. I switch between 5 and 10 pounds. 3x a week. Doesn't take much time. Depending on load, 30 seconds -2 minutes per set. I'm still at one set bc of my age.
