I wanted to go to the gym for years but my anxiety stopped me until I got fed up of my boss pestering me to join with him.
Genuinely the best decision I could have made, the place I was scared of going is now the place I want to be the most, plus the mental benefits are amazing too

I know the feeling. I started going last year. Part of my routine now. Sleeping better, feeling better, and then some.

He stopped going when I took a break with an injury, I'm there every other night straight after work so about midnight, its quiet but the people there at that time are nice too

Still looking for a reason to smile . . . Ppl used to tell me I needed to smile more. I'd reply back w/ saying, "smiling puts wrinkles on my face". They'd get all pissed off w/ me. Those are good wrinkles and I just didn't have a reason then and still don't know. Oh well. Life goes on.
