A bird hit my window today. I thought she was dead. But when I went outside to look she was still breathing. So I gently picked her up and put her in a box and put it where the cats wouldn't be able to get at her. I kept going out to check on her...it took a while but after a few hours she flew away. That made me smile : )

That IS lovely. It used to happen to my mom. Big glass picture window. She put a suction cup in the middle of it and hung a stained glass sun catcher. That stopped it.

There are all sorts of decals and reflectors available...but a sun catcher sounds much prettier. I think I'll try that first...thanks : )
