I was on the way years ago to get an op. Rhinoplasty. anyway the surgeon gave me a brochure ,or pamflete, seems I could choose how my nose would look. I hadn't time to read it but there was traffic on the way, so I figured I would just pick my nose at the lights - like everyone else does
