Sours…different yeast strains lead to different flavors. Most sours are from the Germam Berliner Weiss family and traditionally fermented with Brettanomyces or Lactobacillus, the same bacteria used in sauerkraut.

A clamato (tomato clam juice cocktail) infused lager, with pickle spice!!

Mixing clamato and beer is very common in canada, and a particular favorite of mine. I believe americans call this a "michelada?"
