I live deep South as well, and most days, yes, that's the accent to be heard. Although today, I got to hear a Maine accent ("It's too wicked hot for any chowdah.") and one from Germany ("Your mutter vill lofe her gift.")

And yes! I still can’t believe you worked out the blend of my accent. And so precisely!

As for me....the last accent I heard was Irish. It’s definitely difficult to turn down drinks from such an accent. I must have the willpower of a god!
