What I described was a lack of PRIVATE COMMERCE.... That is to say there is an over abundance of government control over all commerce and heavily gatekeeping of markets.

The government isn’t persecuting or arresting them.

And that's a fuckin' lie....nobody shuts down more businesses than the government.

The government is literally one of if not THE biggest threat any business faces. That's why it's so bad for uber-corporations to buy the government and weaponize it against the competition, as we have seen the federal and state governments do more and more over the years, dramatically so since Citizens United.
