Your Taco Tuesday sounds great too!I had a taco Tuesday as well, not as exciting as yours though. I had leftover chicken from yesterday, lettuce, pepper, cucumber and red onion in mine. So basically chicken salad on a tortilla.
Someone (me me me!) forgot to plan lunch…
I’m currently baking potato flatbread to bring to work for my team tomorrow. Served with gravlax and/or roasted pepper spread and chives. The weather will be ghastly, everyone who makes it to the office will deserve a treat.
Don't hold back on the butter!
YUMMY!Lunch was fish cakes made with pike, roasted parsnips and beets, sour cream sauce, horseradish.
I pureed the leftover parsnips, I’ll probably make either flatbread or bread rolls with the puree tomorrow, depending on my level of ambition. Either way, I’ll bring the bread with me when I go to over to my friends’ place tomorrow for some board game fun times.
Salmon patties are really good! What do you like to season yours with?YUMMY!
Ironically, I told my Wife that I'm going to cook Salmon Patties for Her when I get home.
Salt, pepper, onion, celery, and lemon juice.... fresh dill when I have it.Salmon patties are really good! What do you like to season yours with?
Tasty! Lucky wife!Salt, pepper, onion, celery, and lemon juice.... fresh dill when I have it.
Thanks! I'm the lucky one though, as I absolutely LOVE getting to do little things for Her... it's how I derive pleasure!Tasty! Lucky wife!
Heart? What heart? Pass the salt!
WOW!Lingonberry yoghurt cake to take to work tomorrow. It’s board game club’s official Christmas session!
Dinner is salmon, roasted parsnips and something fresh and green that I can find in the fridge.
Yesterday I went out and had chanterelle soup with sherry cream for starter and reindeer shank with roasted vegetables for main. Yum yum.
I’m thinking I might cook reindeer for Christmas this year, now that it’s just me and J celebrating at home again. I’ll have to think about it.
