Still, the thing about all such characteristics descriptions and horoscopes, and the like... is that which ever one you choose, you'll find that it suits you. The human brain is designed to look for thingsd to make sense, and when you read a description like that, you'll analyse it in a way that suits you. All of us fit to the basic flattering descirption "you have your good sides and your bad sides, sometimes you wish you could achieve more, sometimes you wish people would treat you better".
