Do you realize that the Veterans Administration thinks that if a veteran makes that much money he should go to a regular doctor and is not given treatment he was promised at a VA hospital? Do you realize that the amount can be several thousands of $ less than that and the veteran will not get treatment.

You can search for the average income by county in Ms. You can also do that in many other states and find whole counties that have an average income less than that.

Yet in this country, they are penalized for their birthplace. That is the definition of a caste system.
