🌶️💃🏻🎸Brat House: Boobs, Bums and Bedlam🌶️💃🏻🎸

You mentioned this about my neck and deferred pain. Mine is causing neuropathy. Do you have any peripheral neuropathy with your RA? I’m wondering if edibles would help with mine.
Have you tried 10mg dosage of amitriptyline? That is working wonders for for facial neuropathic pain. That's the lowest dosage and after a month the drowsiness usually disappears.

It is all just part of life. I hold no ill will towards my biological family that I am no longer in contact with.
I was estranged from my older sister for more than 5 years for a reason/s I am still not privy to. We talk now but only because my nephews wanted to know me and I had a psychologist break down something that was being said to me by every well-meaning person in my life - "blood is thicker than water." But the modern interpretation of it is wrong. The original saying is "Blood of the covenant is thicker than water of the womb." Which is loosely translated as meaning those who shed blood together in agreement have stronger ties than siblings. And this was taken further by the Knights Templar as those who come together to fight (spill blood in combat, another form of covenant) for the ideals and freedoms of the good, will always come together when needed for they know what was won and lost in each battle. This does not happen with family where obligations and manipulation are conditioned into us from birth. I was privileged to have an English judge explain this to me in one of the private Temple chambers in London.

So I will accept my sister for who she is, but will not rely on her for battles. That's where my fremily comes in. They will have my back regardless of where we are in the world. So I am glad that you have gotten to that same place as me, @BrendaBear, because it's a damn fine life when you have the right friends and partners in it. 💞

Crutches for 6 weeks. 2 more weeks in a boot. 3 breaks. 2 in the ankle 1 in the heel. Nothing displaced. Time for a workout routine, order a hangboard online, more whiskey and limes (for Tequila) and maybe a wagon or something to make me more capable and functional. Should probably tackle a house project. Might have to make a kid help.
Now is not the time to be lifting shit during a house project Fisty! You want those ankle fractures to heal 100%, so lots of calcium rich foods, vitamin D supplements (and ingestible collagen if you want to be a A++ healer) and keep the boot on. My best mate who is also a climber broke her ankle once, did a shit job of recovering well and then broke it worse on the third climb back. Lots of pins and surgeries later and she is finally back to climbing! Let those little osteoblasts repair you better than before.

I will follow all the doctors instructions and try and eat well. I need to stay sane though and lifting things isn’t prohibited as long as I can do it safely. I’ll start with painting and see how things go.

I fucking love when someone mentions the origin of this phrase! It's so often misused!

Morning and howdy to all you angels and devils in here ✨😘✨

I hope everyone has had their caffeinated beverage of choice (or equivalent if you're cutting it out of your diet right now) ☕
If someone wants to come braid my hair for me, I'll wait on doing it myself 🙃
What exactly is the equivalent to THAT sort of cream?

Nice emojis you got there even if broken more often than not.
