Actually I'm off work this week and ran of distilled water for my cpap. Tried going back to sleep, but I'm wide awake.

How was your day?

I had physio, headed to work and watched a future Olympician spill water all over her exam paper, then I HAD A NAP IN MY OFFICE (someone had that on their bingo card for this week) then I watched my new trainee speed through a seminar in 20 minutes that was supposed to take an hour. Then home, eye fillet for dinner and now drinking the wine til the bottle is finished.

I had physio, headed to work and watched a future Olympician spill water all over her exam paper, then I HAD A NAP IN MY OFFICE (someone had that on their bingo card for this week) then I watched my new trainee speed through a seminar in 20 minutes that was supposed to take an hour. Then home, eye fillet for dinner and now drinking the wine til the bottle is finished.

How are your puppies?

They're being good for now..... Each with a chewy they dug out of their bucket of toys. Which is good because it's rainy and yuck outside and I'd rather delay our trip out

And I'm officially two weeks from my first race of the year today! Which gives me that wonderful mix of excitement and anxiety

For me it depends on when I learn of their predatory behaviours. I've loved Michael Jackson since I was a kid. Sometimes we have to acknowledge the immeasurable impact to society and culture, but be careful not to glorify them.

I believe in separating the art, from the sin.

Same, if I experienced the art before the knowledge of their crimes.
