Alright I need a distraction from my desire to day drink.
Hair color preferences! I have a particular weakness for dark haired women. What about the rest of you?

On men, I don't think I care one way or the other.

On women, I don't care about the hair color. I do like long hair, but that isn't I'm hard core about or anything.

I'm much more attracted to the person, than their physical attributes or even gender.

I have several friends who are natural blondes, and I think their hair is absolutely beautiful. But they sometimes dye their hair because people treat them like idiots when their natural hair color is shown. Then after they change it... literally, the next day, people they have known for years, treat them like they suddenly got smarter.

I don't understand this, but two natural blondes I know said this to me... and they are both brilliant women. Weird!

The cuffs and collars will always be black unless they're metal, so I'm not worried about matching

I saw a comment about length, and I have a stronger preference here. If it's so short that it can't be gathered in a clip, scrunchie, braid, etc. then I'm less inclined to find it attractive in most cases. After that, so long as the person attached to the hair properly cares for it, there is no further preference.

Did you ever hear the joke about the competitive brunette and blonde women at the gym?

They were constantly trying to outdo each other, run farther or faster, lift more weight etc.

So one day they were using the pool and decided to have a competitive race. It was determined they would race one length of the pool and it would be the breaststroke.

They get in the starting blocks and had someone blow a whistle to start the race.

The blonde is fast into the water but the brunette surfaces and starts to swim her race. She quickly surpasses the blonde even before half the lap length is completed.

The brunette cruises into the finish and touches the wall and turns to see how big a margin she won by.

The brunette had caught her breath and jumped out of the pool and was drying off as the blonde was just getting to the wall.

The brunette was declared the winner but the blonde file a complaint with the official.

The blonde told the official she should be declared the winner as the brunette cheated.

The official said he saw no cheating take place and asked the blonde how did her competitor cheat?!?

The blonde said the brunette was using her arms.

There are rare occasions where short hair works on a woman, but it's just not my preference. It has nothing to do with confidence, I just prefer things which are typically feminine and short hair isn't traditionally considered so.

But Sam brings up an interesting conumdrum for me. I usually HATE mustaches, but I think Sam looks awful without his.

Sam and Tom Selleck can keep their 'staches. Everyone else - beard or clean shaven, please, if you care what I think!

Really, I'm more about faces. Kind smiles and eyes do more for me than anything else.
