Im so impressed. Thats a perfect katsu and veggies. Did you use a box curry like House? Back when there was a Japanese restaurant called Curry House, they had this dish called keema curry and it was ground beef with enoki mushrooms in curry with a soft boiled egg on top. Looks like shit when i make it the copy cat version but taste so good!

And.... all of a sudden im even more glad i signed up for @PlanetaryNebula 's cougar camp.

Hardly impressive. Working with panko is so annoying because it browns so easily. In it was carrots, potatoes and butternut squash. For the curry part I sometimes used the boxed Japanese Curry from S&B "Golden Curry" with those little break away blocks. But they do have just the curry powder which I prefer and I just make my own cornstarch slurry.
