This movie came out long before I was born. But we had no cable growing up, so my uncle used to tape movies off the Disney Channel and mail them to us. This was one of my favorites.

My dad loved James Bond movies. The first one I saw in a theater was the spy who loved me. Which isn’t a great song IMO, even tho Carly Simon is amazing.

But I always liked the theme song.

I was (still am) fascinated by combat aircraft, so when my cousins took me to watch Top Gun in the theater, I was blown away. I would ride around on my BMX singing this song at the top of my voice.
