Yeah, it kinda reminds me of the UK's Brexit choice a few years back.

Only now, what is it, over five years later will it become very obvious what this choice means in the scale of things.

Since I'm anxious already let's lean into it.

If you're an anxious person, I think learning about why I'm anxious and what triggers it can really help me feel like I have a little power over it. It can also help me explain me feelings to the people in my life who care enough about me to fight through the hard times. I wish I understood so much about my brain sooner rather than later but you can only do you're best with the tools you have at the time.

I like the part of reciting the Alphabet backwards. I learned that as a child as I learned it forward. I’ve always wondered if it contributed to my dyslexia.
