i feel like wedge pillows are the first thing couples should by, hahaLol girl!! Yes!!! I’m willing to bet putting that pillow under your thigh helps tilt you just a bit?! Hell! Get you a body pillow. Fix the hip and get that pelvic tilt, too!
For me it’s all my knees! My hip will lock up when I’m on top sometimes, too!I’ll have to stretch my hip flexor out and then resume
The knee cracking is waaay worse in the morning before they get moving!![]()
