Sitting on the couch after getting some hot oil on my left cheek at work when a new cook placed the clams to quickly in the fryer and a few drops got me. Spent some time in the ER but the Doc made me laugh when I asked about scarring, told me not to worry but don't wear a thong to the beach for a few weeks. Bedside manners

Thank you, hurts a bit to sit on right now but they gave me a few pain meds. The Doc was funny and had some other comments like come back in five days so I can check it out again. Made me crack up and reply that he'd checked and handled it enough already.
